Ingredients
- 12
to 16 whole chocolate graham crackers
- 1
12-ounce package dark cocoa candy melts
- 1 cup
white candy melts
Red jumbo nonpareils, for topping
Directions
- Step 1Lay the graham crackers in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet, breaking to fit as needed.
- Step 2Melt the dark cocoa candy melts and the white candy melts in separate medium microwave-safe bowls in the microwave according to the package directions.
- Step 3Pour the dark cocoa candy melts over the graham crackers and spread in an even layer using an offset spatula or the back of a spoon.
- Step 4Working quickly, spoon the melted white candy melts into a resealable plastic bag and cut off a small corner. Pipe 4 or 5 concentric circles in one corner over the dark cocoa layer. Drag a toothpick from the center of the circle to the outermost circle in several places to create a spiderweb design. Repeat, working quickly, until the bark is covered in the spiderweb pattern.
- Step 5Top the bark with red jumbo nonpareils while it’s still wet. Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes, then break into pieces.
