Ingredients

10-ounce bags kettle-cooked potato chips
- 1 Tbsp.
garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp.
paprika
- 1 Tbsp.
black pepper
- 1/4 tsp.
cayenne pepper
Directions
- Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 ̊. Spread out the potato chips on 2 baking sheets. Bake until hot, oily-looking and slightly golden, about 10 minutes. Dump the chips into a large bowl.
- Step 2Meanwhile, mix the garlic salt, paprika, black pepper and cayenne in a small bowl. Sprinkle on the hot potato chips and gently toss to coat.
