Ingredients
For the mix:
- 1 1/4 cups
all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup
granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp.
baking soda
- 1/2 tsp.
kosher salt
- 1/3 cup
red and green sprinkles
- 1/3 cup
packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup
red and green M&M's
- 1/2 cup
semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup
crisp rice cereal
For the cookies:
- 1
jar Loaded Holiday Cookie Mix
- 1
stick salted butter, softened
- 1
egg
- 1 tsp.
vanilla
Directions
To assemble the jar:
- Step 1Whisk the flour, sugar, baking soda, and kosher salt together.
- Step 2In a 1-quart jar, layer the flour mixture (divided into thirds and layered between the other ingredients), sprinkles, brown sugar, M&M's, chocolate chips, and crisp rice cereal.
To make the cookies:
- Step 1Prep time: 10 minutes. Total time: 40 minutes. Makes 18 cookies.
- Step 2Beat 1 stick salted butter (softened) in a large bowl with a mixer until light, 1 minute. Add 1 egg and beat until smooth, 1 minute. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat until combined. Add the Loaded Holiday Cookie Mix; mix until the dough comes together. Scoop 18 spoonfuls of the dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Chill 15 minutes. Bake at 350 ̊ until golden brown, 12 to 14 minutes.
