Ingredients
- 1/2 cup
mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup
plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup
heavy cream
- 1/4 cup
fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 Tbsp.
curry powder
- 1 Tbsp.
sugar
Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
- 3 cups
diced rotisserie chicken
- 3/4 cup
golden raisins
- 1/2 cup
slivered almonds
- 4
scallions, thinly sliced
- 3
stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 6
large croissants, split
Directions
- Step 1Whisk the mayonnaise, yogurt, heavy cream, cilantro, curry powder and sugar in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2Add the chicken, raisins, almonds, scallions and celery and toss to coat completely. Taste and add more salt and pepper, if needed. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to overnight. Serve on the croissants.
