Ingredients
- 1/4 cup
heavy cream
- 1 oz.
vanilla syrup
- 6 oz.
cold brew coffee
- 4 oz.
whole milk
- 1 oz.
chile syrup (such as Pink House Alchemy)
- 1 oz.
chocolate syrup
Ice
Cinnamon, for garnishing
Cayenne pepper, for garnishing
Directions
- Step 1Whisk heavy cream with vanilla syrup until soft peaks form; set aside.
- Step 2In a cocktail shaker, combine cold brew coffee, whole milk, chile syrup, chocolate syrup, and some ice. Shake until frothy.
- Step 3Strain into a glass or jar filled with ice and top with the vanilla whipped cream. Dust with cinnamon and cayenne pepper.
