When we heard about the viral TikTok recipe—Green Goddess Salad dip—we were beyond intrigued. After all, we'd coat anything in green goddess dressing (like this potato salad!) and can never say no to a party dip. But the best part about this dip is that while it's creamy and luscious, it's also loaded with green vegetables. Add this to the list of best ways to eat a salad!

This version of the dip keeps a few things the same and offers a few new twists. Chopped cabbage and cucumbers give this salad dip a sturdy texture and stand up to the creamy dressing which is loaded with baby spinach and fresh herbs for brightness and its lovely green color. Sour cream and mayo—an essential start to any good dip—give the dressing richness, while Parmesan cheese adds a savory layer. Because chicken salad is always the right call, we've folded chopped, rotisserie chicken into the mix, making this salad dip, a full meal—on a chip!
