While some recipes use vegetable oil, there is just something so irresistible about using ultra-flavorful melted butter. Combined with the toasted, salty crackers, it gives a seasoned popcorn taste. The butter gets a good dose of flavor from the ranch seasoning mix, lemon pepper, garlic powder, dried dill, and smoked paprika.

(9-oz.) bag oyster crackers
Directions
- Step 1Preheat the oven to 250°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, ranch seasoning mix, lemon pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried dill. Add the oyster crackers and toss to coat.
- Step 3Spread the crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, scraping the bowl with a rubber spatula to get every last bit of flavorful butter.
- Step 4Bake until the oyster crackers are lightly browned and fragrant, 20 to 25 minutes, stirring the crackers after 15 minutes of baking.
- Step 5Allow the crackers to cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
Tip: Add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to give these crackers a kick!
