Ingredients
- 1 cup
sour cream
- 1/2 cup
whipped cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp.
mayonnaise
- 1 3/4 cups
shredded cheddar cheese
- 8
slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 Tbsp.
chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup
chopped fresh dill
- 2 tsp.
garlic salt
Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl combine the sour cream, whipped cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar (reserve some for topping), bacon (reserve some for topping), parsley and dill (reserve some for topping) in a bowl. Stir in the garlic salt, and kosher salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 2Spoon into small plastic cups; top with the remaining bacon, cheddar and a little dill. Serve with potato chips.
