Usually when there's a social media trend, we look to Alex Drummond to validate whether or not it's worth trying. (This bestselling lip mask comes to mind!) But recently, we came across a fun find that we think might pique the interest of another Drummond family member instead―someone who loves Dr Pepper a lot. Yup, we're talking about the one and only Ladd Drummond, whose love of Dr Pepper knows no bounds. It's rumored he drinks about four cans a day!
And since he is out and about on the ranch all day and only likes it in a can according to Ree, he might want to look to TikTok for the latest viral trend: a mini fridge! That's right, soda fans are buzzing about a six-can capacity compact refrigerator that's only about $30. The trend started with Diet Coke drinkers, but then we quickly realized they make one for Dr Pepper as well! Excuse us while we send this link to Ladd right now…
Of course, you don't have to just store Dr Pepper in it. The inside capacity is four liters, and it includes a removable shelf, so you can store other items you may want to keep cold like perishable meals and snacks (yogurt, sandwiches, fruit and veggies). You can bring it on the go packed with ice like a cooler or plug it into an outlet and use it like a fridge when there's one handy. The options really are endless!
When empty, this little gadget only weighs three pounds, so you really can carry it anywhere. It's also less than seven inches wide, so you can put it practically anywhere, too. It would make an excellent camping and tailgating essential that you can plug into an RV or your car or you know, a big ol' work truck on the ranch. (It comes with a 12V adapter and regular outlet plug.) It would be great on your desk at the office to stash your lunch and snacks or in a game room when you have friends over.
You could even copy Alex Drummond and use a mini fridge to store your makeup in the bathroom. (See, we knew it would eventually lead to Alex!) But back to Ladd for a second. Because between the release of the new Dr Pepper flavors and all the yummy recipes Ree conjures up to use a can, we think it's a smart buy for anyone like him that's a fan, especially at this price. And if you happen to love a different brand more, we found lots of other options you might like. Soda fans, rejoice!
