Leave it to the Drummond ranch to leave us in awe!
It's no secret that Ree and Ladd's ranch in Pawhuska, Oklahoma is a sight for sore eyes. "Being on the ranch, absent the buildings and highways of cities, we’re really able to see the four seasons of the year in all their dramatic glory," Ree says. So it's no wonder why Alex and her hubby Mauricio had their wedding ceremony there over two years ago! (Those photos were absolutely stunning, to say the least.)
And while it's not everyday that we get to see the wonders of the open fields and roaming cattle, every now and then we're reminded at just how beautiful their ranch truly is.
That's exactly the situation we found ourselves in when the Drummond ranch posted a vibrant sunset photo recently on their official Instagram account. We can't get over those orange and yellow hues...
"A pretty nice way to end a long day of working fall calves!" the caption reads.
If we could end all of our days with views of that sunset, we totally would. Pair it with some delicious food over at The Mercantile and that's a day that can't be beat! Of course, if there's anyone who's a fan of sunset photos as much as we are, it's The Pioneer Woman herself. She once said: "I love it when the sun shows up and I love it when the sun goes away. Beauty and glory ensue!" 🌅
