Alex Drummond wants one thing this summer—and it's a tall glass of lemonade!
The Pioneer Woman's oldest daughter is officially in the second trimester of her pregnancy and all kinds of cravings have kicked in (Dr Pepper, Starbucks breakfast sandwiches, Trader Joe's boxed dumplings) but it's a love of lemonade that trumps them all.
Ree's craving when she was pregnant with her own kids was a little more...cheesy: She couldn't get enough cheesy chicken quesadillas.
Alex posted on her Instagram Stories to let us know about her love for lemonade, captioning the video, "My version of happy hour these days 🥂."
In the short clip, Alex explains her daily ritual: "Every afternoon around 4 or 5 p.m., my little pick me up is a glass of lemonade over ice," Alex says as she pours the mocktail into a glass. "So simple, but it really just brings so much joy to my day."
Alex continued to explain her second trimester obsession in the video, adding, "Sometimes, Mauricio will have a beer with dinner, and I've honestly grown so content with my lemonade!" It truly is the little things in life!
