It's officially been two years of smiles, snuggles, and slobbery kisses courtesy of Alex Drummond's dog, George! That's right: the silky and silly golden retriever is officially two years old, and there's so much to celebrate.
For his first birthday last year, George had a birthday paw-ty with his best canine companions and even a pup-cake! This year, the celebrations have already started with a photo tribute to George that Alex posted to her Instagram story.
"This little floof is 2 years old today," Alex wrote over a photo of baby George. And that's only the beginning of the puppy pics! Here's another of George with Alex, fluffy puppy coat and all.
As cute as all of his baby photos are, George has definitely grown into a big boy—especially now that he's two!
"He has a little more bone structure now but he's still the same lil' puppy at heart :')," she wrote. "Happy birthday to our golden boy!"
George has been on many walks in his two fun and full years of life, but his journey has only just begun...
George is going to be an older brother to Alex and Mauricio's baby girl!
"This year is going to be a big one," she captioned the photo of a grinning George covered in pink confetti from the gender reveal.
