There are a lot of firsts that baby Sofia has already witnessed in the first four months of life: her first rodeo, her first trip to the beach, and her first Easter are just a few examples. But there may be one important milestone held in higher esteem than all the others, given that she's a member of the Drummond family. She got her first cooking lesson!

When your grandmother is the Pioneer Woman, learning how to cook is an essential skill you'll learn for a lifetime, so it's never too early to start. And naturally, it just happened to be comfort food that was on the menu: biscuits and gravy! Alex Drummond was on hand to capture the sweet moment and share it to social media.

Okay, so maybe it isn't Sofia's first lesson, since she's already been watching grandma Ree Ree on television. But this does appear to be her first in-person experience! In the cute clip, you can see the Drummond ladies hard at work with an assembly line of biscuit dough and sausage patties. Ree, Alex, Paige, along with sister-in-law Missy and niece Halle make an appearance.

This family affair was part of the Easter weekend festivities at Drummond Ranch, which featured an epic egg hunt and an oversized stuffed bunny for the first grandchild. But perhaps the most surprising part of the whole holiday was just how many ways there are to assemble a plate of biscuits and gravy! Ree counted no less than nine. 😲

Since Sofia may be a bit to young to partake in brunch and therefore not be able to form an opinion quite yet, there will most certainly be more Drummond holiday brunches in the future to see what she thinks. And no doubt, there will be more cooking lessons from Grandma ReeRee, too!
