Alex Drummond is opening up about her postpartum routine and, as usual, she's being refreshingly honest. During a recent Q&A on Instagram, a follower asked if she's following any specific diet or weight-loss routine after the birth of her baby, Sofia.

"Honestly no. 😂," Alex answered candidly. "Dieting has been hard with breastfeeding but I do feel like my appetite has started to get back to somewhat normal so I'm trying to be mindful of my choices."

She explained that she's currently more focused on enjoying everyday activities with Sofia rather than worrying about a strict workout or diet plan. Now that it's getting warmer, she's been especially loving getting outdoors for "long walks with the nice spring weather."

While Alex mentioned she'd like to incorporate a regular workout routine back into her life at some point, she admitted it's been tricky figuring out exactly when to fit it in—particularly because mornings with Sofia have become her favorite part of the day. "It seems like the best plan would be to go early in the morning before Sofia wakes up," she explained. "But I love my slow cozy mornings 😅."

It's easy to see why Alex is soaking up every moment with her daughter. Sofia's already growing and changing so quickly, hitting new milestones all the time. And Alex has made it clear—both in this Q&A and in recent posts—that these precious early days with Sofia are exactly where she wants to be spending her attention.

Workouts and meal planning might eventually find their way back into her routine, but right now, Alex is embracing a slower pace. After all, there's nothing better than baby cuddles, leisurely strolls around the neighborhood, and sweet mornings at home with her little family!
