If you think back to what your favorite childhood activities were, a few things might spring to mind. Maybe your parents told you that you loved peekaboo as a baby or perhaps you played hide-and-seek when you were a little older. No matter when you grew up, there are timeless kid-friendly things to do that everyone seems to enjoy.
One such activity would be going on the swings at the park. Remember that weightless feeling right at the top as your legs fly through the air? Pure joy, right? Well, that's what Alex Drummond was probably picturing when she brought eight-month old Sofia to the park to try a baby-friendly swing for the first time.
Sofia, on the other hand, had another reaction entirely. Some might say "indifferent" or "unenthusiastic." Alex determined it was more "unimpressed" and captured the moment on her Instagram stories.
Now, it is only her first time so perhaps she'll grow to like the experience a bit more as she grows (sort of like her trying eggs). And Alex shared another reason why "this girl has been in a mood this week," as she puts it. Sofia is officially teething! "I can just tell she's uncomfortable and just not having it." Ouch!
Alex went on to explain that she's been waiting for the last few months to see if it's teething that causes her bad moods. "I have visual confirmation now and I can pretty much blame all of her issues on teething," she jokes. So maybe Sofia will grow to love the swings as she gets a little older and sprouts all her teeth. In the meantime, at least Alex can enjoy her hilariously unfiltered reactions.
